Fichet-Bauche Télésurveillance joins Scutum Group

Scutum Group has announced that Fichet-Bauche Télésurveillance, expert in high-risk management with the remote monitoring of assets and people and in lone workers protection, has joined Scutum Group.

With more than 30 years of expertise in remote monitoring, Fichet-Bauche Télésurveillance stands out for the high level of service it offers from its two APSAD P5-certified Alarm Receiving Centres in Vélizy Villacoublay and Saint Laurent du Var. The APSAD P5 certification is the highest in France.

With the finalisation of Fichet-Bauche Télésurveillance’s integration, Scutum Group pursues its development, while extending its technological and human commitment in the remote surveillance sector in France, and more particularly regarding the management of sensitive sites. This combination is part of Scutum Group’s ambitious external growth strategy that has enabled it, in recent years, to strengthen its leading position in France, Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States, while extending its reach in Switzerland, Austria and Poland.

“We are pleased to welcome Fichet-Bauche Télésurveillance to Scutum Group. We follow closely the safety and security market and the existing synergies between our two companies, as well as our shared values, confirmed our conviction to see this operation come to fruition,” explains Franck Namy, CEO of Scutum Group. “Experienced with heavy risk management and complex instructions of large organisations, Fichet-Bauche Télésurveillance is a major player in remote surveillance in France, with the highest operating standards, and brings an important technological expertise to the group.”
