Franck Namy became the Scutum Group’s CEO in 1992 and has since then led the Group’s fast international expansion through a combination of organic growth and mergers and acquisitions of Safety & Defence, Fire Protection and Electronic Security companies. Franck Namy was nominated ‘Manager of the Year’ by Private Security Awards (2009) and continues to lead the Scutum Group into new heights across all of its core operations around Europe and internationally.
With over 25 years of experience Virginie spearheads the development of the group’s global sales strategy. She collaborates closely with individual countries to strengthen the group’s capacity for driving organic growth, with a particular emphasis on advancing global account development.

Experience: Over 30 years of experience in protection services in the United States, which have enabled him to grow High Rise Fire and Security into one of the leading Fire Protection companies and one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York State according to The New York State Society for Human Resource Management. Prior to High Rise, Robert built his expertise in a fire alarm business.

Experience: 24 years experience in high ranking Officer at the French Special Forces Unit and International Divisions, and also in business senior positions in Europe.

Experience: Over 16 years in the Electronic Security industry with international responsibilities within large firms.
