SCUTUM UK & IRELAND EXTENDS ITS REACH IN THE NORTHWEST OF ENGLAND

Scutum, global provider of security and fire protection services, today announced that Black Box Group has joined Scutum UK & Ireland. This milestone strengthens Scutum’s position in the Northwest of England, complementing Scutum’s existing activity, notably in fire detection.  

Founded more than 45 years ago, Black Box Group is a leading UK provider of integrated fire and security solutions, delivering end-to-end services including system design, installation, maintenance, and 24/7 monitoring. The company offers a comprehensive range of technologies such as fire detection, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and emergency systems. With a strong regional presence in Northwest England, Black Box supports clients across multiple sectors including education, healthcare, defence, and commercial property. Black Box Security Alarm Systems (BBS), INS (Integrated Network Systems) and ESI (Electronic Security Installations), part of Black Box Group, all join Scutum. 

This integration enhances Scutum UK & Ireland’s presence in the Northwest of England, while complementing Scutum North’s expertise in fire detection, creating a more comprehensive offering. It also supports Scutum UK & Ireland’s strategic account relationships by expanding capabilities for key customers.
